2015年秋学期 “上海外国语大学外国留学生奖学金”申请通知

我校在2015年秋学期将开展“上海外国语大学外国留学生学金”评审活动，申请安排如下：
1．金额：一等奖30000元，二等奖20000元，三等奖5000元
3．申请截至日期：9月30日（星期三）
3．申请者资格：
（1）已在我校学习的自费本、硕、博士外国留学生（本科一年级新生不可申请）；。
（2）2015年以来未获得其他各类奖学金。
（3）遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的校纪校规，尊重学校的教学安排。
（4）学习成绩优良，出勤情况良好。
（5）积极参加上海地区及学校组织开展的各类公益活动及社会实践活动。
4．申请材料：
（1）《上海外国语大学外国留学生学金申请表》；
（2）上一学年成绩单（本科生从教务办公室、硕博士从研究生部取得）
（3）护照复印件。
5．申请地点：虹口校区 2号楼203室

初步评审结果公布日期：2015年10月中旬

最终评审结果公布日期：2015年11月初
奖学金发放具体日期另行通知。

The SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP can be applied NOW! The application arrangements and scholarship features are profiled as follows:

Amount: First prize RMB30000; Second prize RMB20000; Third prize RMB 5000

Application Deadline: September 30

Qualifications:
(1) Applicants should be self-supported international students who have been attending Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree Program at our university and will continue to study next semester ( not open to the freshman of Bachelor's programs).
(2) Applicants haven’t won any other scholarships since 2015.
(3) Applicants should abide by the laws and rules of Chinese Government, observe school principles and regulations, and comply with the academic arrangement by the school.
(4) Applicants should be diligent and hardworking with outstanding academic achievements and good attendance records.
(5) Applicants should take an active part in public activities and social practice organized by communities or the schools.

Application documents:
(1) “APPLICATION FORM FOR SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP ” should be filled in Chinese or English.
(2) Score Reports of Last academic year（undergraduate students get from Office of Academic Affairs , postgraduate get from Graduate School）
(3) A copy of passport

Place to hand in application materials: Room 203 of Building 2 at Hongkou Campus.

The preliminary evaluation result shall be publicized in late October and the final evaluation result be announced in the beginning of November.  The issue date of scholarships will be notified.
